This information is collected through a sign up form which you would have completed either on the Windmill Theatre School website, our paper based form, class manager or through the various social media accounts
The information we hold is used to email you to gain feedback, special offers and newsletters as well as the information necessary to provide our classes in a safe manner.
Your information will not be sent to third parties for marketing.
Our data is stored on class manager - we ONLY use class manager for effective storage of information, so that our teachers can contact you in an emergency and taking payments. Please see the separate policies for class manager.

Payment Information
Any credit/debit card payments and other payments you make through our Class Manager will be processed by our third party payment providers and the payment data you submit will be securely stored and encrypted by our payment service providers using up to date industry standards. Please note that we do not ourselves directly process or store the debit/credit card data that you submit.
You may choose to opt out of our third party payment providers holding your card or payment data although this means that you will need to re-supply us with card/payment details to pay via our third party site or pay via alternative methods. If you do not make payment, we reserve the right to now allow your child/children to continue to take classes.
Social Media
Students, teachers and parents are not to post of any photographs of themselves (in Windmill Uniform) or other students (at any time) without express permission of the child, their parents and Windmill Theatre School.

Posts on social media sites becomes the property of those sites and could be used at some time in the future, Windmill Theatre School will not post pictures or information without permission.
Any unkind comments, even of a joking nature, will be viewed by Windmill Theatre School as bullying and will be dealt with very severely.
Students, teachers and parents must flag to the Windmill Theatre School team if any of the above is not being adhered to, of which the team will deal with
